Besides that, she built awareness, held activities, and raised donations for improved seeds and natural pesticides to women producers. This project enables marginalized women to adapt to climate change and increase their resilience. However, she has an excellent ability to motivate others and is known for motivating colleagues to achieve joint objectives.
Other projects Carina has participated in is forest conservation and restoration activities and the creation and implementation of the green entrepreneur’s club of Burkina Faso. This club brings together entrepreneurs from the two major cities of the country, committed to resource efficiency and clean, environmentally friendly production.
Carine is a great listener and is always open to others and feedback. She has a passion for learning more and enriching her experiences. Herself and others envision her to become a great leader in the future. To advance to this goal, she wants to increase her ability to write environmental projects and develop her English skills to participate in international conferences. That’s why the grant was used for professional training in English and professional training in environmental project writing.
