Tell us about yourself: I am Chau Soc Nuong, the son of An Giang khmer in the Mekong Delta, I am currently developing a forest garden model at Ong Bay Farm with a method of promoting indigenous resources. ecological certificate to ensure livelihoods in association with environmental protection of biodiversity. In addition to my main job at Ong Bay garden, I joined Y Farm Connect as an assistant, besides me, an associate member of Mekong Organics participated in projects with Mekong Organics as an assistant member of several projects. project to support the Khmer ethnic minority community in the organic farming conversion project. My goal is to build Ong Bay Farm into a model of local agricultural production based on the principle of ensuring a sustainable ecological balance combining local economic benefits, wanting to spread strongly. This farming model came to the Khmer people.
What did you do with the JWH grant? The grant I received was used to improve my English and some soft skills to support myself in the future and part of the funding was used for Ong Bay Farm activities.
What has the leadership development program brought you?
